Franchise Management Companies | Moving forward, we will continue to provide a monthly recap of the key changes shared with – and tasks asked of – SPG hotels related to the integration. We appreciate your support in ensuring your hotels remain informed and engaged throughout this process.
As part of our continued effort to keep hotels informed, SPG hotels will continue to receive weekly email content via The Check-In, and Change Crews will have the opportunity to participate in weekly integration webinars, which are held on Tuesdays at 1 p.m. ET. Email changecrew.northamerica@marriott.com with any questions. Franchise management company contacts also have the opportunity to participate in twice monthly webinars which are held on the second and fourth Friday of each month at 2 p.m. ET. The Big 4 – Platform Integration Deployment Update | Your Hotels will receive an update to the Get Ready Land-It task list for tasks due in June and July on June 8. Ensure your hotels’ Change Crews receive the task list, update Land-It regularly, and complete associated tasks. Details will be shared with you after the new tasks have been pushed to hotels.
Delayed Validation For Rooms Master Tool (RMT) | Phase 1 hotels (including Four Points, Le Meridien, W Hotels, Tribute, and Sheraton) have a milestone due on June 4 that requires receiving a validated RMT and then completing the One Yield Inventory Wizard. There is currently a delay in validating the influx of submitted RMTs. Hotels that have not yet received a validated RMT will receive it no later than Friday, June 8, and should then complete the Inventory Wizard no later than June 15.
Loyalty Training Update | A member education email, with a focus on Elite Tiers, was distributed to members of all loyalty programs on May 29. Ensure hotels review resources and complete the following Loyalty Training by via the Digital Learning Platform by June 4. Courses include:

Property Enrollment Promotion and Review Reports, Goals & OTA Results | From June 1 through July 31, all Marriott Rewards, The Ritz-Carlton Rewards, and SPG hotels that participate in the loyalty program will be eligible for additional incentives. Hotels that meet a target percentage of their success rate goal over the two month timeframe will be rewarded on top of usual earning. View the Enrollment Incentives MGS page for more information.
Look No Further and Best Rate Guarantee Programs Now Aligned | Achieving and maintaining a Rate Parity Score of Green is a Brand Standard and compliance is required by all hotels. The Look No Further (LNF) program for Marriott Rewards hotels and the Best Rate Guarantee (BRG) program for SPG hotels are now aligned. All hotel-level disputes of customer-facing approved claims must be completed by the 15th of each of month (for claims approved in the previous month).
Learning + Development – Additional Training Coming Soon | A new learning activation guide will be released on the Digital Learning Zone and made accessible to hotels in early June. This resource for Property Leaders will provide information and guidance around activation and reinforcing learning for the upcoming launch of GXP, Mobile, Loyalty, and Reservations Platform training.
