In an effort to ensure all hotels continue to receive support related to the integration, GMs and Change Champions at Marriott Rewards hotels will continue to receive weekly email content via The Check-In. Franchise management company contacts also have the opportunity to participate in twice monthly webinars which are held on the second and fourth Friday of each month at 2 p.m. ET. Stay tuned to the weekly mi360 RUNDOWN for details, which will be shared the week prior to each webinar.

Key integration messages this month include:

Loyalty Training Update | A member education email, with a focus on Elite Tiers, was distributed to members of all loyalty programs on May 29. Ensure hotels review resources and complete the following Loyalty Training by via the Digital Learning Platform by June 4 to answer member questions and prepare for program changes in August. Courses include:

    • The Power of Loyalty
    • Living Loyalty
    • Exploring Member Benefits
    • Leading Loyalty

Property Enrollment Promotion and Review Reports, Goals & OTA Results | From June 1 through July 31, all Marriott Rewards, The Ritz-Carlton Rewards, and SPG hotels that participate in the loyalty program will be eligible for additional incentives. Hotels that meet a target percentage of their success rate goal over the two month timeframe will be rewarded on top of usual earning. View the Enrollment Incentives MGS page for more information.
