High Performance Pricing Publishing Failures Update

Marriott Global Revenue Management appreciates your continued patience and diligence with the HPP publishing delays. We want to assure you that this issue has the highest level of engagement with Marriott iT Senior Leadership, as we continue to make progress to restore normal publishing performance in HPP. In the meantime, please note the following important updates:

• The publishes from earlier were cleared, including RPO Autopublish rates.
• Publishes are successful but take approximately 90 minutes to complete.
• Marriott Rewards hotels should continue to refrain from publishing unless absolutely necessary.
• SPG hotels may continue to work in HPP to build any outstanding rates, but should leave rates in “Ready to Publish” status.
