Marriott Bonvoy™ Connector Kits | August 2019

In Q2, hotels were asked to select a Marriott Bonvoy Connector. The Marriott Bonvoy Connector is an evolution of the Loyalty Champion role, but the Marriott Bonvoy Connector role is more than a name change; it is an opportunity to take Marriott Bonvoy and create a completely new experience for guests and associates.

Since May, Marriott Bonvoy Connectors have received direct communications each month with a theme and a map that includes information as well as links to the resources needed to complete the activities in that month’s journey. In addition, these direct emails and related content have also been shared via Weekly Update. Moving forward, this content will be shared with franchise management companies each month via the mi360 RUNDOWN. To learn more or to view the previous month’s Connector Kits, visit MGS.
