To help support your associates, review the available revenue management training opportunities below.


Webinar | Inventory Optimization (IO)
Intended for franchise management company and franchised hotel associates performing a Revenue Management function.

Join the One Yield team for this optional webinar on Inventory Optimization (IO). This optional webinar will focus on IO, specifically on Step 5 – Inventory. Experts will review how to understand and interact with IO using different scenarios that hotels may experience. Two sessions will be conducted:

  • Aug. 13 at 8 p.m. ET | Aug. 14 at 4 a.m. GST (Register)
  • Aug. 14 at 9 a.m. ET | 5 p.m. GST (Register)

The webinar will be recorded and posted to MGS after the session.


Webinar | Marriott Bonvoy™ Member Rates and Promotions
Intended for franchise management company and franchised hotel associates performing a Revenue Management function.

This webinar will focus on Marriott Bonvoy Member Rates and Promotions, including Marriott Bonvoy Escapes, Member Exclusive Offers and Member Rate Products as well as guidelines and procedures for participating.

Recorded Webinar | OY RPO: Competitor Setup Focus
Intended for franchise management company and franchised hotel associates performing a Revenue Management function.

A recorded webinar covers a basic RPO overview as well as guidance for the One Yield RPO Competitor Setup screen, specifically three items: 1) number of competitors 2) weightings overrides and 3) evenly distributed weightings.


Revenue Management Virtual Instructor-led Training / Revenue Management Training
Intended for hotel associates performing a Revenue Management function.

These revenue management training series are intended to educate revenue managers who have been in their role 90 days or more, are One Yield Certified, and are looking to further their understanding on the revenue management discipline.

  • Revenue Management Skills Training Virtual Course (Sep. 10 – Nov. 18): This series is designed to provide revenue managers with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully perform the daily, weekly and monthly inventory management and analysis tasks associated with the role of revenue manager. This is an 11-week virtual course including 3 hours of weekly instructor-led facilitation with digital self-paced learning supplements.
  • Group Strategy Foundations (Sep. 11 – Dec. 18): This series is designed to provide those performing the function of Group Strategy with the knowledge and skills to successfully formulate group and catering strategy recommendations as well as manage, communicate and critique the strategies. This is a 14-week virtual course including 2.5 – 3 hours of weekly instructor-led facilitation with digital self-paced learning supplements.

One Yield GM Workshops
Intended for franchised hotel GMs.

General Managers are encouraged to attend the upcoming One Yield Advanced User Workshops, which will cover the key inputs to One Yield. After attending the class, GMs will be more effective supporting the One Yield “5-step Process” thereby improving the accuracy of the outputs to drive top line revenue. Participants do not need to be a certified One Yield user to attend.

The cost is $175 per attendee, and attendees are responsible for their own travel, hotel and incidentals. There are two identical sessions being held at each location; attendees can choose the date/time/location they prefer.  Seats are limited, so please encourage your hotels to register as soon as possible.


One Yield v2 Advanced User Workshops
Intended for associates at franchised hotels who already have their OYv2 certification.

Join an overview of One Yield v2 capabilities with system experts intended to deliver a deeper understanding of One Yield v2’s capabilities, enhance your ability to apply these powerful capabilities to your hotel(s) and learn system best practices amongst peers in the franchise community.

The cost is $325 per attendee, and attendees are responsible for their own travel, hotel and incidentals. There are two identical sessions being held each day from 8 a.m.-4 p.m., and attendees can choose the day they would like to attend.
