EMPOWER: Guest Experiences continues to evolve with enhancements including access to EMPOWER: Sales Chatter, a feature that enables hotels to communicate more effectively with the above property Marriott Sales Channels. This feature allows hotels to provide above property sales teams with targeted information including information on renovations, new openings, need dates, cancellations, and promotions.
