Prepare for 2020 Associate Alert Device Deployment: Join Kick-Off and Vendor Information Webinars
As previously communicated, a brand standard requiring all Managed by Marriott (MxM) and franchised hotels in the U.S. and Canada to implement Associate Alert Devices will take effect January 1, 2021.
Deployment began to priority markets in 2019 and will continue across the U.S. and Canada through Q3 2020. Reference the deployment schedule posted to the Associate Alert MGS page for information on timing of deployment by market.

The Talent Point by Marriott team has added AT&T and Assa Abloy as preferred vendors to their portfolio of optional HR offerings available to franchisees. Franchise management companies are highly encouraged to use one of the preferred vendors, accessible through Talent Point by Marriott in order to leverage preferred pricing, contract terms and resources for all hotels in their portfolio, including non-Marriott flagged properties. Hotels that choose one of the preferred vendors will also have access to coordinated deployment scheduling, training, best practice documentation and change management resources.
