Network Outage Impacting Associate Password Reset/Change Functionality Scheduled for March 20 – 22
Franchise Management Companies | We would like to make you aware that system upgrades are scheduled from March 20 at 10 p.m. ET to March 22 at 5:30 a.m. ET which will temporarily disable associates’ ability, by an method, to reset or change their password associated with their EID. The ServiceNow team will also be unable to complete any password reset/change requests during this outage. Associates whose password was set to expire during this window will have the expiration date automatically pushed back to March 25, 2020 at 11:59pm ET.
