Background: 

One Yield’s current Transient Demand Forecast was designed for market stability, with expectations that slight disruptions in demand would likely repeat over time. The unprecedented disruption in 2020 has changed the way we approach forecasting going forward. As a result, a new One Yield Transient Demand Forecast will be launched that leverages more recent history, reacts to the market conditions for each hotel, and incorporates COVID recovery assumptions.
