To help, we’d like to offer you access to two staffing solutions from Talent Point by Marriott, an HR solutions arm of Marriott International providing priority access to industry leading vendors that provide optional HR services at preferred rates to Marriott’s franchise community.
Temporary Staffing
Talent Point has partnered with three industry-leading temporary staffing agencies that service Managed by Marriott properties to provide temporary staff at the same volume discount as Marriott.
- The offering includes staffing for most positions in the hotel, with a focus on housekeeping, culinary and banquet.
- Pricing includes all compliance-related checks, as well as a temp-to-hire program at no additional fee.
- Most locations can be staffed within 2-4 days of initial request (depending upon location).
Recruiting Services:
Talent Point by Marriott has teamed with PeopleScout, the vendor that handles Marriott’s recruiting, to offer the franchise community on-demand recruiting services for management and hourly positions.
- How this works: After scheduling an intake session, PeopleScout will source, slate and screen candidates for the position. PeopleScout will then present your hiring manager with a qualified slate of 3 candidates. The hiring manager interviews the candidates per the company’s standard process.
- This offering can be used across your entire portfolio, including non-Marriott branded properties.
- There is no minimum required.
- Pricing: GM Full Service – $9,950; GM Select Service – $6,000; Manager level (including DOS) – $3,250; Hourly – $500
