Marriott Bonvoy: 2019 Elite Thank You Gift
Marriott Bonvoy drives revenue, stays, and events at hotels worldwide. Our members are a strong base of highly profitable guests and influencers. When hotels recognize and reward our valued members, they foster lasting relationships that further strengthen member loyalty to Marriott hotels and brands.
Beginning April 22, hotels will begin receiving GXP cases with instructions to deliver a letter from David Flueck, Senior Vice President, Global Loyalty, to targeted Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Elite Members on select redemption stays. Later in Q2 2019, teams will continue to engage targeted Elite members through gift of an electronic Marriott® gift card. Ensure your hotels have reviewed materials by April 15, 2019 and are prepared to begin executing against the 2019 Elite Thank You initiative beginning on April 22, 2019.
