Install Mobile Device Management (MDM) on Mobile Devices That Access the Salesforce/GXP App by June 14
As you know, GXP can be accessed by hotel associates via the Salesforce app. [insert mobile benefits/background] In order to ensure continued data security, all mobile/shared devices which access the GXP/Salesforce app must install Marriott’s approved Mobile Device Management tool, known as Airwatch or Intelligent Hub, by no later than June 14. Doing so will ensure that your hotel(s) avoid interruptions in using the GXP/Salesforce app. If MDM is already installed on a shared device, hotels should complete a Network Access Request to add the Salesforce group to the Windows Application Account as outlined in our installation instructions. Once hotels begin the installation process, this can take up to five days in order to complete. Should Marriott’s approved MDM already be installed on a personal device, there is no action needed.
